TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The owner of the etnoland.ee webshop (hereinafter referred to as the “Webshop”) is MIRAI DESIGN OÜ (registration code 16405041).
Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
Terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices are in euros (€).
The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method and is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order, add the products you want to your shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will be displayed, which you can pay securely by:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele.
- Visa / Mastercard card payments
Payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Shop in a secure environment according to the payment environment of your bank or credit card. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.
The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the payment to the account of the Online Shop.
Delivery to
Goods are shipped to the following countries:
- Estonia
- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Finland
To collect the goods, the buyer has the following options:
- Omniva parcel machines
- DPD parcel machines
- Courier service
- The possibility to collect the goods yourself
The delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are shown in the shipping method.
Domestic shipments usually arrive within 3-5 working days, international shipments within 7-14 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods may not be used for any purpose other than to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the goods.
To return the goods, please submit a withdrawal request and send it to the following e-mail address. info@etnoland.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the product does not correspond to what was ordered.
Right to lodge a complaint
The online shop will be liable for any defects in the goods sold that become apparent within two years of purchase.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online shop uses the buyer’s personal data only for the purpose of processing the order and delivering the goods.
The data will only be used for direct marketing if the buyer has given his/her explicit consent.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints, please send them to the following e-mail address. info@etnoland.ee.
If the dispute cannot be settled by agreement, the buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer and Technical Regulatory Authority.
